Shanghai Scottish
Shanghai Scottish is a community that celebrates Scottish heritage, culture, and sport in the heart of Shanghai. With origins dating back to 1868, the club has a proud history of bringing people together through sport and community gatherings. Today, we carry that tradition forward by hosting events, fostering cross-cultural connections, and creating a welcoming community for Scots and friends of Scotland alike.
From the Shanghai Scottish Football Team, a long-standing part of the city’s expatriate sporting scene, to cultural events such as the Highland Games, our goal is to provide opportunities to connect, celebrate, and share in Scottish traditions—while warmly welcoming international friends to join in.
